Rev. Donna: What my "brand" of spiritual counseling consists of is helping you to find your own truth, strength and voice. It can be a process, a moment or many moments. It can be loud or silent. ...While following the insight of many guru’s and integrated energy healers, such as Carolyn Myss and Gloria Karpenski, I also use some techniques and guidance from a Native American ancestral medicine wheel. My approach is to create a unique spiritual, mental, emotional and physical blueprint that I help you develop for yourself. I integrate various philosophies that call to me and work well together. I work through dialog, intuitive practices, meditation, ritual, archetypes, the zodiac and ancestral information to help you understand and outline spiritual anatomy and complete your own personal puzzle in a way that will help you understand your past and present self, and be better informed for your future and dealing with life as it was meant to be. I have studied Polarity and I am a Reiki Master. I have been studying herbs and crystals since 1997. I incorporate all of this in a holistic way. I have also studied art forms and written expression for most of my life. I have integrated that into a series of group therapy workshops called "Exploring the Chakras with all of the Senses."™ It uses visual art, written expression, music and scent as we explore each chakra from every angle.

Rev. Chris:My approach to Spiritual Counseling is to facilitate the creation of a safe and sacred environment for each person who comes to me. This sacred space will be open and welcoming, so that my clients will feel as though they can share their stories without judgment, honestly and fully. I believe that Spirit, God, or whatever the Divine may be, will lead us to our own conclusions within this space, if we just trust and allow it to happen.If I feel that I am not qualified to help you with your situation, I will refer you to a more qualified professional that I feel will treat you with the care and respect that we all deserve.
